Ordered 1995 UK plate P440 CPJ

Bought in February a new to me 2014 Lexus ES350. Coming from Virginia(Newport News area) it had a front plate mount on it, somehow they managed to screw 4 holes in the front bumper to mount it. Figured I'm stuck with a front vanity plate(Tennessee doesn't require a front plate) because of the ugly holes.
Been following the youtube channel of Vinwiki and Ed Bolian, he's made several videos of the "lost Mexican El Chapo F1 Mclaren". A lot of those videos are all about the UK plate number of P440 CPJ, which if you are uninformed, the UK assigns plates to the VIN number for the entire life of the car.

You can get plugs for the front bumper holes to make it look better. Certainly a better solution than a large plate that's not required...
