Default Rein vs OEM oil pan

My son had a boo boo with my car and dented the oil pan. I don't believe the dent is affecting the sump but I'm going to change it myself anyway.
I refuse to put a Spectra or Dorman brand on my car but the Rein may be an option.
Price difference is substantial of course compared with oem.
What is the consensus on Rein parts?

I'm not familiar with the brand, but I'm guessing it's a German sounding name with products made in China.
I honestly think the installation and gasket material will be the deciding factor over the brand. If you had concerns with aftermarket, maybe get an OEM from a salvage yard?

Do you have a straight shot at it or does the exhaust need to be dropped and other things pulled out of the way? How badly is it dented?

If it were mine and I felt confident it hadn't effected the operation, I'd leave it and maybe spray bomb it to cover up any scratches.

FWIW I have used Dorman transmission pans on my GMC trucks and have been very satisfied.

I’d recommend hitting an lkq you pull it and getting a used oem pan, try to find a year and model close to your sons car, take a few pics of his oil pan before you go for comparison. Car-part.com and lkq.com typically offers a list of comparable donor vehicles. You save some money too, I’ve saved some good money going that route with Toyota vehicles the last 7 years I’ve been in Fl, everything usually comes apart in the junk yards, very little rust compared to up north, rust belt.

The Rein was $58 from rock auto. I almost bought it but decided to call Lexus just to see the price and grab the part number.
Lexus was $200. I called the local Toyota dealer and gave them the part number. Avalon is the same oil pan. Their price was $161.
I searched on Amazon with the part #. $129.99 from a Toyota dealer halfway across the country, delivered, no tax.
I went that route and I'm installing it tomorrow.
