Yeah don't let that 2001 era website discourage you, their products really do work. So the black leather seats in my 2014 ES350 were showing some age. Not in the leather cracking/creasing, Lexus actually used some pretty damn durable/high quality leather in that regard. Its that they had some white stains on the bolsters/seat centers, maybe almost like sweat rings if you wear black t-shirts.
Leatherique is a two stage sort of thing, that first stage you slather it on thick, that's the stuff that conditions the leather, really helps if it can reach the back side of the leather. For older cars with rock hard leather that hasn't cracked/split at the seams, this stuff can revive it from the dead if you do 4 or 5 treatments. Let the stuff sit in the hot sun for 6-12 hours, aka let it bake in.
The 2nd stage is a cleaner that lifts the oils/dirt from the leather along with removing that 1st conditioning coat. I must say this 2nd coat is what really works miracles, it removed all the white "salt stains" as I call them from my black leather. I've used both treatments on my old 1992 SC300 with the very light tan leather, that car with 100k miles and 27 years of age when I sold it had seats that looked almost new, I did the treatment about 5-6 times a year on that car, kept those seats soft as a baby's ***.

I absolutely concurr on this product. I drove Jaguars, with classic Connely leather, as well as later models with a more contemporary finish. There is not a product made that works better. They also sell refinishing dye, designed for the owner that can be airbrushed or sprayed on with a small airgun. It really works well. Their crack filler is good also.

Yup, car has the perforated black leather with air cooled seats. Leatherique works great on that stuff, doesn't clog the "pores". Made the interior look about 99% brand new again, only spot of age you can see is the plastic bottom sill plate where your feet drag and a little bit of age on the driver's side seat bottom, forward part of the cushion. Although compared to the GM cars with leather that I've owned, after I cleaned up the leather in the Lexus its aging a lot better in terms of not creasing/falling apart/color rubbing off.
