2017 300h.. Just purchased it 3 months ago (December 2020) Recently left town for 3 weeks and came to start car and screen is black, radio out but reverse camera still works. I've tried unplugging battery for 2, 4 and 8 hours with no luck. Every time i try it the screen flashes every :07 seconds. I hear what sounds like a computer winding up, then down, then nothing. I hit the radio button on/off.. hold it for :10 to reset it.. nothing. Brought it my local Lexus mechanic and he doesn't know what it is.. thinks the NAV is just out. So frustrating.

If it's a 300h, we don't get that vehicle here in North America, so I'm not sure what radio it has in it...but this is a common complaint for the 2014 radio that has the 7 inch display.
For 2017 our vehicles have the 10 display which is powered by a different radio(s), even though the radio looks the same as the 2014-2016 radio.
What display size do you have? 7 or 10 inch?

Any chance you still have factory warranty left?

Just to recap...the IS300h is the hybrid 4 cylinder IS that was never sold in North America, which includes Canada and the US...it was only sold abroad.
The 2017 IS in North America has a 10 inch screen if you have Navi or a 7 inch screen if you do not have Navi.
2014-16 have a 7 inch screen regardless if you have Navi or not.
At the end of the day, if your Navi screen is black (as per the condition described in this thread), and you have an IS (likely a 2014-16), the issue is the radio.
The radio has a faceplate ID number at the bottom left that starts with the letter "P"...if you are looking for a used radio, reference that ID number to ensure you get an exact match to the radio in your vehicle.
