I had the 90K mile service done on my 2017 ES350 at the Dealer. It has 82K on it, but I went ahead and got the 90K miles. I also had them check alignment paid a little extra for the Lexus dealer "detail". They recommended to turn the front rotors (got that done too), but the pads were fine. Its a company vehicle, but I know I could have probably done much of it somewhere else for cheaper. Thoughts:
* Very pleased with detail. I'm guessing a professional detail might be better, but would also cost 2X was this cost. Overall, very pleased. Clean engine bay, door jams, etc...two thumbs up. They seemed to have gotten many of the "swirls" and scratches out too.
* Dings would be from hail storm back in 2017
* I did tell them I had a little "shutter" when breaking from high speeds. Surprisingly enough they just turned the rotors and told me my pads had plenty of life left. I figured they'd tell me I needed new pads.
* Outside of this service, I have always done oil changes (local Valvoline quick lube), changed cabin/air filter, change wiper blades, battery and tires.
* Car has been very reliable. Not exciting to drive...quite boring actually. Quite, plenty of power for what I do...kids enjoy the rear leg room.
Anyways, I've had it for 4.5 years. Its been a very good and reliable car. I have the base, no options...not even the Premium with wood steering wheel. Black/Black. Interior NuLux has held up and looks amazingly good.

Good to hear, boring is fine, vs a Chev, Ford, Chrysler etc. I’ve been bored with mine for about 3 years now.
I like my 2017 Luxury package so much I just bought out the lease. It has less than 22k miles and is in pristine shape. I plan on keeping it until the wheels fall off! Like you I do most of my own maintenance only having taken it to the dealer for inspections. Boring is good especially when retired and living on a fairly fixed income!
