I’m about to by a used Lexus and the report is showing this code:
B1801 Open in Driver's Squib Circuit B1811 Open in Driver's Squib(Dual Stage-2nd Step) Circuit
My question is: does this mean that the car had an accident and airbags were deployed?

Not sure which car you're looking at, but there wasn't an American ES 250 in 2015... Maybe a 350?
