Audible Clunk Noise from Right Front Suspension
Happens during hard breaking, mild acceleration and pot holes. Indy repair shop says suspension is all fine. I see 150 pages of misc topics on the forum so please excuse this request if it's been addressed in the past. Repair shop checked shocks, brakes, ball joints and tie rods. He did pull down all 4 of the plastic cover panels and took out over 30 gravel rocks including the cover panel under the trunk. Stopped looking after he took out the rocks. But it's an audible snap/clunk. Rocks would be more of a rattle I would think .. and I'm surprised I haven't heard that type of noise prior to this. I've got the ES300H so there are a dozen cover plates under the car to cover the wires and connectors leading from the front to the batteries. Nothing looks out of place after I took all those buggers off (5 different connector types).

No, nothing that loud or tinny. It's a very deep sounding clunk ... and wife says she can feel it on her feet when riding shotgun. Saw a few suggestions about dog bone motor mount ... took that out and lubed it. And also the sunroof air deflector .... removed that for the time being. Will take the car on a trip tomorrow to see if any of that worked.
