Having a used transmission put into my 14' es with 151k
old one took a dumpThe one I bought is a Lexus transmission built in the same yearThe guy installing it says it may need the tcm reflashed for cars shift points. Is this true? Let me know thanks

no, not part of the procedure, unless the unit you have installed have a outstanding TSB that needs to be addressed.

the new transmission 60 digit compensation code (where the QR label is) will need to be registered. that's it.

I should specify that's it's a used transmission.
can you elaborate registering the qr code? I'm not familiar
