First step was to pull code reader and try to reset fault ,guess what you can't see and fault on code reader ,it showed everything is normal.
than we use our techstream with mini vci and voila code was there and we were able to reset the same.,Now back on road test and after 2 min. Of driving again traction light was ON .🙃

Now I was thinking something to do with abs sensor ,maybe doesn't pickup signal from driveshaft and magnetic ring on the bearing .
That was inspected and it was fine

So weird after so much research on web most ppl suggested to recalibrate steering using paper clip and bypassing some of the pins on OBD port like CG and TS or something like that ,in order to erase memory inside ECU .
I got the point you have to reteach points and angle of the steering column.C1290 code steering angle sensor zero point malfunction.
question was how to do quick ZERO POINT CALIBRATION ON LEXUS.

It was much fun to do this because no matter we try to clean sensors kill code with teachstream orange light was still coming out ABNORMAL ZERO POINT OF STEERING ANGLE SENSOR

After all this Hussle and playing with all this bearing assembly we failed on traction.

For educational purposes only ....it was 😊
well things that can cause this funny fault C1290 are yaw rate and acceleration sensor zero point calibration incomplete

Poor adjustment of the center position of the steering wheel

Poor adjustment of front wheel alignment.

My friend came to help me and he did something that I totally forgotten.
he just took wrench 10mm and disconnected battery power for 10 min.
HA HA HA HA 😉😉🐱😉

after 10 min. You start the car and enging will not star but all lights on dashboard will be illuminated ....DONT TOUCH STERING WHEEL DURING THIS FIRST ATTEMT .....now turn car OFF and start again DO NOT TOUCH STEERING WHEEL..... And voila no more traction warning light .

So what happened here ,if you working on suspension parts it is good idea to disconnect axillary battery not hybrid battery.
Because memory inside ECU will memories every time you turn car OFF what was ZERO POINT. Do if you in mean time move on purpose or accidentally tie rod or strut mounting plate or new ball joint looks like you will trigger this C1290 fault for traction.
Next step was to complete alignment because toe in and toe out needs adjustment..

Cheers

Now regarding alignment,BE VERY CAREFUL WHO GONNA DO IT FOR YOU.
if Mechanic damage thread on inner tie rod end you will be out of luck matte and alignment will not be done .

Severe damage and permanent damage after heating and using force on tie rod end.

Now remember Dealer will not sell individual inner tie rod end separate ,they will sell all assembly over $1,000.00 .......stupid

We got it from mevotech separate inner tie rod end NOTE BOTH SIDES RIGHT AND LEFT USING SAME INNER TIE ROD END .SO LENGHT IS SAME DOESN'T MATTER ON WHICH SIDE YOU WILL INSTALL

So now after Installing new inner tie rod alignment was successfully done in other garage with better Mechanic.

Next will be to replace at rear hub bearing assembly.

Will keep you posted.

Cheers ...😁😁😁😁

It's been long time ,but here it is rear left hub bearing replacement.
in advance I would not recommend this as do it yourself project.
Why??
Because back plate and hub bearing were completely stuck due to rust.
We couldn't use old back plate.
A brake shoes must be removed whole cables ,springs disassembled .it was s..t show.
Took us about 5 hours to play with that bearing replacement.
I really don't like to post any pictures here because it was very difficult job.
Better give to your mechanic to do that.

Note
If you planing to use old backing plate make sure it's not banded because E brake shoes will rub rotor from inside.

Not quite sure about parts of your post, but the e-brake shoes can be adjusted via the tension wheel that floats on a jack screw for the shoes. It can be done with the rotor off or done with the rotor on via the access hole on the face of the rotor (just pop the plug out of the hole and turn the rotor until it lines up with the adjustment wheel). No offense but some of your posts are hard to follow.

How to program car and put in maintenance mode is already explained here in this forum.
We put car in drive mode and one person under car was listening for noise .
NOTE ONLY ONE FRONT WHEEL WILL BE SPINNING BECAUSE YOU BLOCKED OTHER ONE
we repeat procedure for the other front wheel.

Results were surprising ,noise was coming from front right side and it was brand new bearing.
Other side was just fine with same bearing made by NSK.
How exactly did you block one wheel from spinning?
