Default Navigation system don’t work

Hello. A few days ago this happened to the screen
Only the rear view camera works.
I contacted the dealer, but they only told me the cost of repair and did not tell me the reason or what is damaged
If anyone has had a similar case, please tell me how you solved it, or what I should do.
DEALER WAS ASKING $11000K TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AND OF COURSE I CANNOT PAY THAT MUCH
This is a 2015 Lexus ES300H. Thanks

Go to a salvage yard and look for a replacement.

Attempt to get the Diagnostic screen to come up:
Engine running, in Park, doors closed, press and hold the
center console "Menu" button. Turn the light switch on the
turn signal stalk from Off - Tail - Off - Tail - Off - Tail - Off.

You should now have the Diagnostic screen with Failure Codes
Note: even when working properly the HDD test takes a couple
of minutes and you can not back out of this test until it completes.
This may give you the answer to which component has failed.

The symptom diagnostic flow chart from Lexus is short and cryptic:

A message is displayed to inform the driver that the program cannot be read, and the system cannot be operated using the remote touch -
Suspected Area: Multi-media module receiver assembly

Next step, remove and replace the Multi-media module receiver assembly

Thanks for the feedback. I tried this but the screen doesn't respond to anything.

I don't think the screen is damaged. If that was the case, the rear view camera would probably not work. Something more systemic is why it cannot read the program

There should be a lot of these used units available from wrecks for a whole lot less than what Lexus wants. $11k is ludicrous. Here's one example:

GOOD LUCK!

I started having problems with my infotainment system yesterday on my 16 es350. When i start the car the screen goes blank after the Caution screen, then it will try to start again with the Lexus logo and crash at the same Caution screen. Sometimes the screen doesnt even turn on after starting the car but the back up camera works normal. What ive noticed is while its trying to reboot and failing the ac/heater lights are dimmer then usual. The center console lights take on their normal brightness only when the screen turns on and works properly. Idk what is going on out of nowhere

Check if your alternator is outputting the correct voltage.
