Default 2013 es300h Gas mileage Issues

So about a month ago i say a 4-5 mpg drop out of the blue. 170k miles. I also see a slight loss of power but that might be in my head. The dealer has looked this up and down and cant find anything wrong. No codes. Any ideas?

Have you cleaned the battery fan filter?

Winter blend fuel is starting to be distributed, no signs on the pumps.
Summer fuel evaporates less to control pollution, winter blend is more volatile
to promote easier starting from cold. Perhaps your station(s) have made the switch?

Other purely shade tree mechanic stuff, have you engaged the parking brake for the
first time in a long while? Mechanical PB rust up and sometimes don't fully disengage.
Next time you have driven pretty fast or far, get out and immediately feel each wheel.
If either rear wheel is hotter than the others...might be dragging.

What’s changed with your driving habits or patterns? How are you measuring mpg?

Nothing. I did measure both ways. The other issue is loss of power when accelerating

This could be an ICE issue.... won't throw codes and fuel trims may not be too far off, but has the MAF been cleaned lately? I cleaned the MAF for my kid's 2016 Camry at 115k, as he was noticing loss of power. Even though regular air filter changes with Toyota filter, the MAF had a visible layer on it. Cleaned it and saw a visible difference in how shiny the metal leads were, and power seems back to normal and gas mileage went up. YMMV

Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) as opposed to Hybrid Drivetrain.
The Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor is part of the fuel system of the ICE.
The 288 volt "Traction" battery and the Motor Generators (MG1, MG2) are Hybrid pieces.
