Default Steering Wheel Alignment , and vibration

Hi Lexus Fam!

I bought 2013 Lexus es300h last year. Recently noticed a slight vibration from right wheel, barely any noise though. I’m noticing I’m correcting the steering wheel a lot of the time when braking and in stop n go city driving..it pulls left and I pull it back right. I feel this small vibration in my steering wheel when I accelerate also. It’s a type of subtle viberation that if someone else drove the car they wouldn’t notice.

On the highway when I’m driving , it does not necessarily go left, kind of makes me rule of alignment. I know these models don’t have a dead centre steering wheel it’s tough to tell. Also, sometime if turn the steering all the way to right to leave my parking spot I hear a loud CLUNK sound , what is this noise ? but this only happens if force the steering wheel.

no other issues with the car , I love my es300h. Before I go on a spending spree on terrible advice some comments will help narrow down.

The tread patterns on your front tires may be wearing unevenly, also if the front tires are mismatched it will cause this type of vibration. As for the clanking; on my 07 I have a similar issue at full lock and i've narrowed it down to worn tie rods ends.
