Low tire pressure warning light
The yellow low tire pressure warning light has come on but all my tires have >32lbs of pressure.
Could my TPS sender in one of more wheel need replacing?

If the message/error doesn't clear after a short drive, it's probably the sensor. Are they original?

If all the tires are showing a pressure reading on the display then its not likely the batteries. I presume thats where you are getting the info. Maybe one tire was a little too low on a cold start and set the warning message. You might add 2-3 psi to all of them and see if that fixes it. I dont think your ES350 monitors the spare tire pressure so that is not likely the cause.

>a pressure reading on the display
Actually, the pressure display only shows "--" for each wheel.
Could that indicate that the TPS sensors are failing?

9 years and still original? That's about the expected lifespan of the batteries in TPMS. If pressures were all confirmed with a manual gauge then I'd go off to a tire shop and get the individual sensors checked. You may need to replace them (or just ignore until the next tire change so you don't have the extra dismounting/remounting/balancing fee).

I bet it is your spare.
This happened to me a few times when the temperatures dropped and the first time i could not figure it out for a while until i remembered that there is a tpms sensor in the spare as well.

I spend a bit of time at a friends service station. One of the most common visits is for TPMS lights. TPMS sensors are programmed to go into sleep mode when not moving to preserve battery life. Battery life in a sensor is about 7-10 years. A decent scan tool will show battery condition. The "--" is a good indication it's time for new sensors. I can't comment on earlier years, but my 2016 does not have a sensor in the spare. I did replace sensors in a 2013 Toyota Camry last week due to batteries, and it did not have a sensor in the spare either. New sensors will need to be scanned with a decent TPMS tool and data uploaded to the computer through the ODBII port.
Another factor to take into consideration is when you check the tire pressure. Sticker in door jamb states 32psi Cold. Tire pressure will go up about 4 psi after being driven for awhile as the tire warms up, so 36psi would be a rough pressure to set it for in the middle of the day after driving for awhile. Another factor is sunlight. If one side is exposed to sun while parked, this will warm the tires more than the other, and the screen might show 2 tires at 34psi, while the others are at 32psi. Once driven temperatures will even out.
I have also seen people that do not understand TPMS. They indicate high as well as low pressures. Some do not understand this. Just the other day a car came in with 60psi in the tires, as the owner thought it was only for low pressure and believed he had to keep adding air till the light went out.

It would be nice if the OP would come back with an update.

Just experienced same issue on 2017 ES350. Had intermittent display issues for a week or two before the light came on and display for all four tires showed "--".
Needed new tires anyway and tire shop found one dead TPMS sensor. Only 5 years old, wondering if the other three will crap out shortly.
Tire shop replaced the dead unit and display works as expected now. Need to check pressures as one shows 3 PSI higher than the others on the highway.

Our 14 ES300h has a donut. We are experiencing the "----" on all of the tires on the screen. Recently started happening as the weather started getting colder. The first time it happened, the psi would display after driving around, but now it doesn't seem to display anymore. Wife just confirmed this morning once she got to work that the psi did not show throughout the drive..
