Default Good Engine Air Filter Suggestion

Hello,

I wanted to purchase an engine air filter for my 2016 ES350, and initially planned on purchasing an OEM/Denso engine air filter on Amazon, but noticed complaints from users that the air filters they were getting were either:

A. Shoddily made/different than their older OEM engine air filters.
B. Of lower height (i.e. less surface material/less filtration).

I could purchase an OEM air filter at a dealer, but it's $40+ and I think that's a bit excessive for an engine air filter.

I was looking potentially at purchasing a WIX engine air filter, but wanted to check the community to see what you all think.

Thank you,
Nelson

OEM filter from your dealer, should not cost $40 at the parts counter. MSRP is $30, but looking around, it should cost closer to $22. LINK

I was using this WIX on my 2013 and never had any issues.

Exactly. Go to parts.Lexus.com and find a Lexus dealer near you.

Or go to a Toyota dealer and get a filter for an Avalon.

Hello Mike,

A big thanks on the link, as the price + shipping can't be beat at Longo.
