Seats in my 2021 ES 350 Premium are extremely firm but after a few weeks I didn’t even notice them anymore. Truth be told, I traded in a beautiful Volvo to buy the Lexus and the Volvo seats were the most wonderful, comfortable and supportive seats I ever had in a car. But the ES are fine. I feel they’re sturdy and will hold up well, in every way, over time. They’re just not controversial enough to me, in any way, to be an issue.

it’s not a safety issue. Therefore, will never be a recall.
