Default Do you need a break? Alert

Over the holiday weekend I drove back and forth to Boston from NJ in my 2021 ES350. At about the 3 hour mark, both ways, the “Do You Need a Break” alert came on.

Is this a drive time alert or driving characteristic alert? Some people think it’s based on car movement.

I haven’t had this alert on my 22 300h but I use to get them on my 2018 350 when I would drive more aggressively, on ramps and change lanes quickly.

I don’t believe it has any face camera.

On page 188 of the 2021 Lexus ES250/ES350 Owner's Manual (pdf version):

Vehicle sway warning function

When the vehicle is swaying within a lane, the warning buzzer will sound and a message will be displayed on the multi-information display to alert the driver.
You can also turn off or adjust the sensitivity with settings in the Multi Information Display (MID). Under the Settings menu (the gear icon) scroll down the the "Vehicle Settings" menu item and select it. Then in the resulting menu list, select the first menu item (should be the stylized vehicle sway icon - lane markings with a diagonal vehicle icon) and the resulting menu list has the menu items to turn on/off the sway warning function and adjusting the sensitivity to one of three levels of sensitivity.

For a 2021 Lexus ES video, Northside Lexus's Melissa O'Connell 2021 ES Full Tutorial - Deep Dive video starting at the 32:00 timemarkshows the settings:

My ES has never given that alert and I've driven 4+ hours without stopping on occasion.
