One change example found on the 2023 package and interior features listings is :

but that feature isn't listed anywhere that I can find on the 2024 listings. (I don't know whether it is an editing mistake, now a standard feature for all model types deemed a minor feature not important enough for specific listing, or something else.)
I highly doubt they would eliminate that feature.

Could be a deal breaker for me. That’s one of my favorite luxuries about my car!

I finally found it listed once in the 2024 ES Brochure in the PACKAGES section (scroll down to page 46):
PREMIUM PACKAGE
(ES 250 AWD, ES 350, ES 300h)
...
Power tilt-and-telescopic steering column
...
Your guess is as good as mine as to why it was removed from the 2024 ES web site's features and packages listings but still has that one brief mention in the 2024 brochure handout.

I think their reference to and inclusion of Smart Access under the ES standard features nails it.

What I question is the statement below. We now have conventional ventilated seats that cools them from pulling chilled air from the cabin. Is the below statement a change from that? Does the new system now shoot air conditioned air directly, via a duct, into the seat? If so, that could be a genuine improvement. I find our ventilated seats only mildly cooled."Unlike conventional ventilated seats, these pull air directly from the climate-control system
to more effectively and efficiently cool you."

Do I correctly read that the power trunk is not available as part of the premium package and that to get it, you have to buy Luxury level? I've bought Base, added Premium Package and the additional options I wanted and was very happy. Now, I guess, to get the power I trunk, I have to buy Luxury level and pay for things I don't care about having.
I'll keep my 2021!!

I think you're misreading something. The power trunk has been a separately priced add-on option for all model types except for Ultra Luxury model type for which that has always been a standard feature. (Also, as far back as the 2022 model year for which I have screen captures of Lexus's US ES website features, packages, and options listings, the premium package didn't include the power trunk feature but the feature was still an addable option for those base model type with an add-on premium package.)

If you goto the 2024 ES website's spreadsheet like features and model types comparisons table, you can see for the "Power trunk with kick sensor" feature entry 🄾 (for option) for every model type except for the Ultra Luxury model types where it is a standard feature.

I don't think so. The Smart Access feature entry has always been there as a standard feature for all model types and the "Power tilt-and-telescopic steering column" prior to the 2024 ES feature comparison table has been a separate feature entry indicating standard feature for some model types, add-on package for other model types, and not available at all for other model types (e.g., F Sport models).

Most likely no change in the means of seat ventilation. Exact same language was used in the 2022 ES Brochure. (Same page number, 30, in both 2022 and 2024 brochure versions.)

P.S. If you want to get copies of other ES model year brochures, they're still on the [US] Lexus's web server. In the URL just change the "2022" and "MY22" to the year number for the model year you're interested in and then use the modified URL to get it from Lexus's web server.
