No significant changes. Car continues to be luxurious, graceful and promising in terms of reliability and longevity. Price increase is a reasonable 1.5% or so.
If I don't like what I see in the revised 2025 model, I'm pleased that I'll have the excellent option of buying one of the last 2024 models to "drive into the sunset" (or maybe just keep my wonderful low mileage 2021 that's still good as new). Having driven my 2021 ES 350 for 2.5 trouble free and satisfying years now, I know what I like and want to be driving for the rest of my driving years. I'm now assured I'll be able to do that.

Yeah, my 2021 just turned 11,000 miles. Like new, especially for a tried and true 7 Gen ES 350.
Like you, I only put on maybe 5,000 miles/year. Retired and we have two other cars to share the load. Should be set for life if I wish.

Also, I like the touchpad and the longer distance from my eyes to the main screen. I don't want to give those up.

Same here. Very comfortable with the mouse pad. Also, in 2020-202, I searched for brown dashboard, steering wheel and head liner and found it, with tan interior and Atomic Silver paint. Hard to find then but I got one. They seem to have quit making any color other than slate black since . Many people don’t care, some people dislike the brown, lots of different preferences. But that’s my choice and I don’t want to give it up.

I haven't yet figured out what difference there is at all from the 2023. They talk about a technology package with the 12.3" screen, which my 2023 already has. Maybe something was an option but is now standard?

The new 2024 Technology Package is merely a convenience bundling of the 3 features that still are individual add-on options and were the same options available in past model years. If you add up the option costs of those 3 Technology Package features, the cost, $1630, is the same.

Pure speculation on my part but it seems more of a marketing gimmick to sell customers features they may not have purchased/wanted if sold as individually selectable options.

I think it's just as likely that as this generation's production winds down, they saw that most of the cars actually being built were combining those options anwyay and figured they'd gain efficiency by reducing the number of assembly line build variations.

Where the suspension has the vehicle sitting a bit taller in the back than in the front, usually associated with trucks, to account for the compression (and lower ride) when carrying loads.
