Is front bumper scrape worth repainting?
Damage went through PPF so would need to be replaced after repainting
Is this worth fixing?
Also does anyone have experience with mobile bumper repair services?

it's worth repainting if perfection is worth it to you.
personally i'd just touch it up artistically.

The scuff is only noticeable to you, so that's just a preference call. But check all around the bumper, especially on the opposite side. Little impacts like this can be enough to pop a fastening clip or two and leave the bumper a bit misaligned.

You're paying for it so up to you. But for me, I don't think it's worth spending...200-300? just to repaint that little section. It also angles down too so it'll be even less noticeable when you're looking at it. Recently unlocked a new skill of dabbing in touch up paint, wet sanding and then polishing it after. Total cost would be able $20?

The food wrap film aka PPF really made everything look worse, now you can't just re-paint, you have to deal with the food wrap film too
I'd say get different quotes to see how much to fix and make everything look like nothing again. Really come down to your budget, $300 and you are happy I'd say do it, more than that I don't know, other folks already stated it: other than you, with this color and where the scratches are at, nobody would notice.
I'd look at DIY too, if you can remove the food wrap, it's an easy area to spay paint to match (clean, wet sand, fill if needed, sand again, prep again and again, and spay paint - sound long but really not hard)...

My wife did the same thing to a ls430 I had long ago. What I did was buy a tube of touch up paint. (a bit of touch up plastic might help) Sand it a bit apply paint then sand again and paint. Then a tube of clear coat .If you still notice it then go to a bumper shop.

I would bet that the entire bumper would require refinishing. I don't think a repair and repaint would do it for that small area.

Fortunately is an area pretty much out of site. Personally I would clean it up and DIY touch up paint it myself, for now. for front bumper, changes are another one will appear sooner or later! dont re do your PPF yet...... see if other stuff comes up later

I'm no expert on this, but given the fact that the scrape is below the crease, don't that mean you could just paint below the crease?

The pic seems like the paint is mostly what ever the bumper hit and not through to the black bumper. Pic from me is a scratch I got out of a friend's SUV when detailing it using Mcguiers scratch remover. Took about eight swabs of the material and a lot of circular rubbing but it all came out.

I wouldn't be able to live with that scratch. I would surely fix it. and I have fixed all my cars if they were scratched. I also believe touchup paints do a very good job where you cannot tell. Repainting the whole bumper is unnecessary.

I would live with it. You are bound to get more scuffs over time and with highway driving some rock chips. Wait till its really scuffed up before repainting. You could try this in the mean time.

My car got some stone chips and 2-3 door dings on a big road trip earlier this year. I thought about getting it fixed but alas more are going to happen. I feel the same about your scratch. It may/will happen again. Do a few basic steps to fix it and then not worry about it. Try some rubbing compound on there maybe even some touchup paint but doing a proper fix of removing the bumper, repainting, etc. I wouldn't bother.
