Default After battery replacement...anything special to do?

I'm in the process of changing my starter/engine battery due to failure of the original battery.

Anything that needs to be done after swapping the battery? In past vehicles, radio would need to be unlocked, sensors reenabled, etc....

what needs to be done to a 2019 ES 350 premium after swapping the main battery?

The only thing you may have to do is recalibration of the rear camera, by turning the steering wheel from lock to lock.

If you attach one of those portable jump starters to the battery cables, before removing the battery, then you won''t need to do anything.

The yellow trajectory lines seem to disappear even with a memory saver. I just had my battery replaced and everything including presets, seat and steering wheel positions were all saved but the yellow lines are gone. I was able to get it into service mode but then hit a brick wall trying to select the proper options.

I was running into the same thing and it was driving me crazy for a week. After doing the reset in service mode, I then put it in reverse and ran through all three options on the screen and that finally brought them back. I hope that helps.

So at which point in SERVICE MODE did you shift into reverse. I made it to camera settings but then couldnt seem to move the selector/pointer to the proper selection.

I shifted into reverse after restarting the car after finishing the steps in service mode.

Sounds painful, I'll take note. Unless doing it at a dealer, I'll absolutely use a battery tender (as cheap as $10 at HF) before replacing my battery, whether DYI or bring it to a shop, so I don't have to deal with these BS.

It won't matter - you'll lose the yellow lines regardless based on my experience.

I will play with it again. I was trying to use the touchpad to make the selections but now I think you need to use the MENU button to advance through the various steps. In any event, trajectory lines are nice but I'll survive without them for a bit
