are there any terminals or posts for jump starting the engine battery?

I need to jump start my car...battery is dead...positive battery terminal and where is a good spot for ground cable clamp?

You have a box under the hood, there is the positive lead. The black one can be connected on the strut nut.

To add to ESh's answer, page 375 of the 2019 Lexus ES350 Owner's Manual (pdf version) has an illustration on where to attach jumper cables and in the written text states for the negative jumper cable connection:

Also, when shipped from the factory, your vehicle's positive battery terminal has a tethered, removable plastic cover with a big ⊕ printed on it. There's a press tab on each side of the cover that you press together (toward the cover's center) to disengage the locking tabs for easy removal of the cover from the battery's positive terminal.
