Yeah, the F Sport seats are great. The other ones are far from it.

Ludicrous IMO, from the same article:
"The 302 horsepower underhood feels like barely enough to motivate the ES at highway speeds."
Hard for me to take that seriously. Laggy off the line, okay. But this? Did they drive the car?

Agree. They also indicate the 350 is available in front or all-wheel drive. 🤦🏼♂️

Ridiculous statement.

The only thing they did get right - unusual for some - is this part..."Is the Lexus ES just a fancy Camry? No, the Lexus ES has a totally unique platform from the Toyota Camry...".

I know it’s subjective but as an owner of a new 2024 ES350 UL, coming from a 2016 ES350 UL, my wife’s 2023 NX350h, and my previous LS430, LS460 and GS430, the driver seat of the new ES is, with the best adjustments so far, is the least comfortable of all these cars….

I wouldn't call my F sport seats the comfiest ever but they are a lot comfier than I expected. Am very happy with them and 20k miles later they still look and feel brand new.

I seem to be in the minority here but I absolutely love the seats in this car.

Here is Camry overlaid on top of Camry with red arrows showing where ES bits are so you know there's an ES there. Some stretch huh? they couldn't be totally unique anyway as they share the same powertrain, suspension, subframes/axle carriers etc etc. that wouldn't make sense.
And yes I realize ES has a different exterior, interior, sound proofing etc. That's the entire point of having different cars. I am talking about platforms as referenced in the article & quoted member here.
ES on top in white, Camry bottom in blue. (of course, i have to point this out...) Not a knock. just the way it is. Also the Camry was cut a bit further back so the bottom areas might look slightly different where that internal reinforcement bracket is. Look at the seam sealer adhesive. laid in the exact same spots in the exact same patterns. how to make money 101. economies of scale.
To avoid beating a dead horse, I won't post about this anymore because some still insist that the ES is totally unique. It's not. it's based on the already great Camry. Would I still get an ES over Camry? of course. but i wouldn't go around thinking i'm in some unique dedicated car. I knew during my ES ownership i was essentially driving the bones/guts of a Camry. I had no issue with it! I embraced it.

I always thought NIssian Altimas had the best seats. Had one, loved the seats, just not the car or cvt. Even if the ES and Camry have the same platform if one drives an ES then drives a Camry you'll see and feel the difference. Went on a trip, got a rental and they gave us a Camry. Looked and felt so cheap sitting in it. Made me more thankful for my ES.

I agree, bought my 2024 ES350 UL last night because the seat was perfect for me. Traded my 2021 RX350 F sport ,It had the most uncomfortable drivers seat I ever had tied with a 04 crossfire I had.

The RX FSport seats were unbearable for me when I sat in them in the showroom years ago when we were shopping for my wife's car. Very different from the ES.
