The larger these online (non-dealer) Lexus parts web sites get, the less they control their inventory, shipments and returns. Most problems occur when customers return used parts to get a refund on the new parts they keep. Then, the (returned) used parts get shipped, as new, to the next unsuspecting customer. This used to happen at Amazon all the time until they got wise to it and figured out they need to carefully inspect returned items. There's too many scumbags out their trying to beat the system! I only buy from online sellers who are dealers like Bell Lexus. If you include your VIN, they will double check to ensure you are getting the correct parts, as well (in case you make a mistake identifying the correct part number).

I will repeat what I posted a few blocks above:

parts.lexus.com

I just used it again. Not sure how long it's been around, but it's "official", usually has free shipping and lets you toggle between dealerships that sell online.

Pricing varies across dealers, so you can get great prices (heavy discounts by some dealers; others not so much) plus free shipping.

They check VIN too, etc.

For my local dealer it’s parts.longolexus.com
