There's been a thread or two regarding this (can't find them on my phone right now), but many of the vehicles you see there, the final production looks similar.

On this site's Car Chat, well-connected poster Carmaker1 has posted very detailed visuals of what the 2025 will look like. Surprisingly to me, Lexus revealed it 3 years ago. It's the black and white rendering at the top right of july1988's visual, and it's believed to be precisely accurate in every way except that it doesn't reveal the grille. I'd personally guess the grille will look something like the new RX with a body-colored cap at the top.

For the "glass half full" types, the new rear side window configuration does look even more than before like the costlier LS. Personally, I think the whole car is a vislbly a very small facelift-level change overall. That isn't surprising when you consider that like the upcoming Camry, it's still on the exact same bones as before.

If the new 2025 350 ES actually looks like this (and this is not a concept car or photoshop item), I’m all in for the first one available at my dealership! Looks beautiful. Print above also refers to 500h but the styling on the non-hybrid would be the same. Keeping my fingers crossed!

The front grill will not look like that.

That's too bad, I really like the design, it's like the ES & IS merged.

I'd be more interested in the car above it. An ES500h would be a pretty nice car to get! It'd have extra power while providing some fuel savings (hybrid)!

Hope it's more reliable than the RX500h.

Pardon the dumb question, but is the RX500h having reliability problems?

Unfortunately yes, some of them cannot be solved yet.

And the 5th Gen 350 4 cyl turbo having plenty of issues as well. Thought about upgrading my wife's 2017 RX but I'll hold off for a bit as her car just gobbles up miles with not a care in the world.

The current ES design is near perfect, even in 2024. I do not like any of those renderings or drawings up above. I'd be happy if they simply took the current design and:

Improved side safety. It would not take much to match new Accord, New Integra, or even New Prius which all achieved an overall "Good" score. I'm sure the new Camry in 2025 will achieve this and I know a new ES will too.
New seats - current ones way too hard and uncomfortable.
Plug in option with 40 mile range minimum. And this shouldn't only be reserved for some high horse power complicated 500h version. give us a basic prius prime level plug in option.
Massaged lights front and back (higher quality, more streamlined, less bumpy/sticky-outie)
Massaged the exterior door handles a bit. they're a tad bulky.
Massage the interior design. Make it less thin.
Massage the front nose a bit. It can be more smooth. Less shark nose/sticky-outie)
Better tech, minimum 5 cameras all around recording 24/7
Less coarse/rough 4 cylinder during acceleration.
Add Fog lights
Re-engineer the doors to make them shut better.
AWD
Oh and make it ride much more floaty and soft. enough of this sporty agile non-sense. this is an ES. i want it to float and bounce. Can we get an Old Man Edition at least?

The new car should be as good or better than a 5 Series, E Class, A6, etc.
