Question Side window deflectors 23 ES350

I just purchased a 2023 ES350, and for some reason Weathertech doesn't seem to make them for that year... Any suggestions for good, in-channel side window deflectors?

why in-channel? lexus might offer a set but it will not in-channel for better fitment, but it will not be cheap. or wait until weathertech eventually adds them to their catalogue. your car is too new!

May want to ask in the ES forum. Quick search yielded a few:

Check 2019? Anything from that year through this one should be the same.

Doesn't make any difference on what year (or model type - ES or ES Hybrid) is selected for a 7th generation ES for WeatherTech Side Window Deflectors, all listed as "not available" .

Stupid question here: what’s the appeal of these? Maybe for being able to crack the windows on a rainy day while smoking cigarettes? I don’t get why people put these on.

Thanks for the reply... I had the Weathertech side window deflectors for my previous car (BMW 535i) and I liked the way they fit snugly without having to have have something with adhesive added to my car.
But if folks have had success with the stick on ones I'm open to that...

The OEM set from Japan look really nice, but $500 is way outside my price range... ;0)

Not a stupid question at all... For me it is more about the aesthetic value, but it is also convenient if you want to drive with the windows slightly open while it is raining...

I noticed that with my previous car (BMW 535i 2013) that they stopped making them for that model even though they previously did make them... :0/
Not sure why they have limited their inventory that much..

Chances are WeatherTech will not make any of these for this gen ES, I mean it has been 5 years since this ES was born and new gen will be announced out in about 18 months.
You probably need to go with other options, I'd try Amazon for easy return if needed, until found the ideal set...

That kinda sucks... But thanks for that info.... I have looked on Amazon, but may have to try again.... At least they try and let you know best they can if it is compatible with my car...

I'm pretty new to Lexus and this site, so didn't know there was a forum just for ES owners... I will check that out...

I would not install any deflectors. they cut into the air stream and just muddy up the aesthetics. Plus an extra thing to snag

any time you are talking aesthetics it ends up being just a personal preference... Good ones don't really cut into the air stream much, but I find the smoked ones go really well if you are going for a mostly dark or black look for your car....
