YouTube has a lot of tutorials from different people using different methods. Find the one that you're most comfortable with

Don’t be tempted to save a few bucks by buying an off brand touch up paint on line. Too many of them are worthless. Get it at your dealership—-Lexus brand.

Check the paint code on the sticker at the door jam (where the VIN is normally) to see what it is

You will need a kit with 2 bottles: a BASE COAT bottle and TOP/clear COAT bottle

Contact this Lexus dealer on Ebay with your inquiry and they will create/send you a link to a listing to buy:

Once you get your paint kit, go to youtube and search for how to use it properly, for example:
(this is 2-in-1, but concept is the same for 2 bottles)

I also recommend a product named "Langka the Blob Eliminator." It gets rid of the excess blob of paint around your repair that is not in the cavity of the scratch. I've had good results with it.

That stuff doesn't work and is extremely expensive. You'll get much better results with Dupli-Color or OEM, smooth the paint out with a flat object like a credit card. Repeat if needed. For tiny chips soak a piece of rag in paint and smear it around the area wait 10 minutes then polish.

You can argue that Langka is overpriced for what it is — basically a credit card / solvent/ rubbing compound technique. But with all due respect, sir, who are you to tell me that the product "doesn't work" for me? On what basis do you tell me that I didn't do what I did or see what I saw?

My Lexus dealer said they do not sell clear coat anymore. I got mine from Toyota. Get assortment of sand paper 600-3000 grit. Also make sure you do the right prep and primer. I will post before and after of my last repair. If you take sure time it will almost disappear. I had a big gouge in my bumper from careless mechanic who drove into office door.

I'm warning people except you that the product is way over priced and doesn't provide magic in a bottle to eliminates blobs.

Dr. Color Chip sells kits mainly for chips, but can be for scratches too. https://drcolorchip.com/faqs/repairi...IaAucZEALw_wcB
Their paint is matched exactly like oem. Been using them for years.

Even two stage lexus branded touch up paint wont be the same, most Lexus cars use 3-5 stage paint applied by sprayer.

https://pressroom.lexus.com/seven-re...nt-is-amazing/

Agree with other poster who said to pick the device and method you’re most comfortable with as the application and cleanup will have a bigger impact on how visible your repair is.

I prefer the all in one pointy felt tip applicators with spring loaded nib.

You can buy the best touch-up paint available and when finished it looks like touch-up paint. It never matches exactly, including factory Lexus paint. And some are worse than others. Try matching Atomic Silver... It ain't happening...

This is true. Silver in general is a bummer to match either when doing touch-up or spraying.
