What are you really looking for?
Your ES should have come equipped with plain illumination Lexus OEM Door Courtesy Lights. If you are looking for door courtesy lights that project LEXUS, the Lexus logo, or both on the ground, there's no stock (US) Lexus OEM door courtesy projection light. The closest you can come to OEM is the pricey, Toyota Motor Corp. manufactured GENUINE LEXUS JAPAN 2019-2024 ES LED DOOR COURTESY PROJECTION LAMP UNIT SET (SET OF 2).

Thank You, yes, that's what I am looking for, I put a set in for a friend in his RX that Lexus said wouldn't fit, I'm thinking they're probably the same from the 23 RX to the 24 RX, I think I'm just going to order another set and see if they work. It was about $220.00 for a set of 4 in a Toyota box.
If you haven't already aware of it, the LexusBoutique's door courtesy projection lamps I linked to is a lot more than the "about $220.00 for a set of 4". The web site lists them on sale for $399 for a set of 2 so if you want 4 that's $798 plus FedEx shipping from Japan.

If I've got the right part, the Lexus ES OEM Door Courtesy Lights are listed as COURTESY LIGHT (LEFT, RIGHT), Part Number: 8123011030, Supersession(s): 81230-11030. In the "WHAT THIS FITS" section of various Lexus parts web sites 2023 RX Base (VIN starts with 2 or J), Premium (VIN starts with 2 or J), and F Sport Performance are all listed. (The vehicle compatibility checker feature on some of those Lexus parts web site are behind the times and can be difficult, if even possible, to get a 2023 RX selected as the vehicle type for compatibility checking. I also didn't run across a Lexus parts web site that seemed to be aware that 2024 model year vehicles exist.) So, since the OEM part is compatible, the 2023 Lexus ES OEMish courtesy projection lamps should also be compatible with 2023/2024 RXs also.

I installed a nice set (2) of Lexus Logo projection lamps on my 2015 RC. When I looked at the ES doors, the fixture seemed to be the same size, so I replaced the projection lamps in the RC with the originals, and kept the projectors for use in my swell new ES.
When I tried to put the projection lamps into the ES front doors, I found out that the fixture is the same size, and will snap right in, but the plug that connects the lamp to the wiring is a different configuration, and won't plug together. At that point I stopped, but when I have a little time, I'm going to see if I can modify the plug to fit, since 12v is 12v.
I hope this works.
As for the rear doors, they stay with the plain lights, and I will have to live with that.

See image attached - image is small, but this is what Lexus has for it.
Edit: ahh, nevermind. I see you already got it.. was it plug and play?

As I noted above, I put a set of Logo Projector lights in my RC about 8 or 9 years ago.
They were fairly bright and looked great at night, but the projected logo was not very conspicuous outdoors during the day.
Also, the set that I had projected both the Logo and the word "Lexus," as shown in the photo.
The set from my RC will snap into the door of my ES, but the plug is different, and I will have to alter it to get my RC set to work in the ES. Full report to follow.

That's why if you really, really want an official Lexus door LEXUS projection courtesy light, Eppieguy's part number find is a really great find. The SIDE PUDDLE LAMP, PT94478220, which officially fits (latest model years) NX, RX, RZ 450E and should fit this generation ES model based on ES door courtesy light "WHAT THIS FITS" list entries including those models is a lot less pricey than LexusBoutique's and can be bought from any US Lexus parts source -- $220 for a set of 4 versus LexusBoutique's $798 for 4.
Granted, if one doesn't insist on an official Lexus part, there's a lot of much cheaper third party door courtesy projecting light parts for sale.

MINNOTAAR asks: "Does the light function better than the non-logo light? Asking for someone that hates puddles." (He means "someone who," of course.)
Be under no misimpression. The function of the logo projector is to show a Lexus logo on the ground. The function of the puddle light is to illuminate puddles. You can't have both, as the illumination from a normal door light would wash out a projected image.
I had the projectors on my RC for about 8 years, and stepped in puddles the whole time. Well, not really, but they cast almost no useful light.
You will have to pick want you want from your door lights: useful illumination to protect your Christian Louboutins, or an unusual and conspicuously projected logo of a car whose identity was never in doubt anyway.

On a more serious note it's a shame that the logo projectors don't work well for actual illumination. It could have been implemented as a puddle light with an additional and more intense light source that handles the logo. A laser projector, for example. But that would be into cheesy BMW territory I suppose.
