"The service record was never reported to Lexus or Carfax. Since I can't find them after a week."
Perhaps I'm not up to date on it all, but is it actually a fact that a dealer reports repairs to Carfax? The Lexus maintenance system, I can see (and can we as consumers actually access that? If so, how?) I cab understand, but why would a dealership or Lexus itself reports repairs to a third party like that?

Ok, the same dealership put my previous service record to carfax, but not this time.

(I don't know exactly the dealer and location involved, but D.C., Maryland, and Virginia like most, if not all, states/locales require you be given a final written invoice showing all the repairs and work done on your vehicle.)
If you did get a final invoice (like you most likely should have), it would help in figuring out what's going on if you could post a photo of the portion of the invoice showing the detailed list of work and repairs performed on your ES during the "oil and filter change" service visit. (There's no need for personal details so obscure or crop out details such as name, address, phone number, VIN, license plate number, etc.)
If you didn't get a final invoice and since there's no record of that service event in your My Lexus service history that seems to indicate something very different than "the dealer tried to scam the Lexus for labor costs" is going on.

Post a picture of your timing cover, that's just as important as the invoice.

Hello if you got an invoice from the dealership.
That would be perfect since it state the job was done so in the future if something goes wrong from that area you’ll be covered or if something was damaged cause of that.
If it was me I’ll take it as a blessing with written proof so if anything happens I’m cover in that department.
Thank Buddha I have a great personal relationship with my mechanics they been working on my cars with the oem factory warranty for years so I Dont have to visit the dealership.

I would be more worried if your timing cover didn't start leaking (eventually). It often shows up at higher mileage than yours but it's a fairly common "quirk" of your engine.

It is near impossible for these engines to leak from the timing cover.

In my Timing Chain Cover Oil Leak post #2 I posted a link to a newer The Car Care Nut video where he covers the "new" 2GR-FKS along with a video time mark where he specifically discuss the previous versions' timing chain cover oil leaks are no more in the 2GR-FKS after the initial production related issues were worked out. Also. in that thread's post #3, ESh in his usual succinct posting style, distilled it down to "... fixed now ...changed the design."

That’s the old model. Here, we are talking about the new model, the 2GR-FKS.
If we talk about the old model, 2GR-FE, which is known for timing chain leaks, I have the same engine in my ‘07 ES350, 144000 miles, bone dry.

Perhaps Lexus refused to warranty the supposed work and the dealer threw in a free oil change for your trouble? Who knows, we weren't there but it's fun to speculate.
You could always hire an independent garage to validate your claims. If these engines have to be pulled for this it would leave telltale signs.
