So original poster had to go through all of theses traumas and at the end of the day still have to pay for ins. deductible (hopefully it's $100 or less) and potentially will get ins. premium raised in coming months, all for something he has no control of?

Ins. companies are such all scam

UPDATE: The car was declared a total loss by either my insurer or the Lexus dealership.

It is hard to accept the these cars with this much damage are declared a total loss.
