250AWD is going to be pretty rare south of the snow belt but if you’re wanting one you probably live up there anyways. I only saw a couple in Texas when I was shopping for my ES last year.

I would have liked to have been able to choose an AWD 6 cylinder option... they seem so much more stable in turns, especially in wet conditions...
