I recently noticed a part that attaches to the ceiling by the rear light is missing. I have no idea where the part is, or what it's called. I tried to look on YouTube reviews of 2019 ES 350s but can't identify what it looks like.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd like to find a replacement. Thanks!

That is the noise cancellation microphone. It looks like the mesh fell down. Look for it under the seat or foot well.

Thanks for your response! I looked everywhere, but can't seem to find it. I will try and buy this online if possible. The hole in the ceiling looks terrible.

Thanks for the link! That looks pretty close but their site says it doesn't fit the 2019 ES 350. I tried to call my local Lexus dealer and they're saying I have to replace the entire light fixture as well. Seems like this is going to be difficult to track down. I may still purchase the part you linked and see if it works. It's only $25

There are three types of this part so you may need to search with the VIN

Thanks for the help. I called another dealer and they seem to think it's the part below. I just went ahead and ordered it. Worst case I'm out of $12.
