I disable the seat movement. I don't need all that wear and tear on the motors. i can get in just fine

My Model Y has that feature too. i disable it.

I just rolled up a black microfiber cloth and it works perfectly. Cheap and easy solution. As a bonus I ran a USB-C cable under it going from the back 12V plug to the vent mounted wireless charger. It hides the cable.

Too bad the apple car play doesn't work with the USB connections in the rear seat area.
