Thanks, I was planning on adding the projector. How hard is it to install the sill. That looks a treat!
The projectors are somewhat inexpensive and easy to install. I bought 2 extras as spare in case one fails in the future. The only trick is you need to pray them from different sides depending the door to not damage the OEM plastic clips.
The illuminated sills are also very easy to install in under 30-45min or so. There's a recent thread with the instructions so you can get an idea. The electrical connector is plug-play. lighted door sill install

Laser projector on eBay, search for "LED Door Courtesy Light Shadow Laser Projector for Lexus". The link I used is no longer active, but there are plenty to choose from. The original Japan are very expensive.
For the door sills I recommend "Bell Lexus of North Scottsdale". Just make sure you select the correct color/part for you car. There are 2 colors (brown/black) and depending if it's 300h or 350 the color of the light could be blue or white. For my 300h I used the black trim with blue light PT9223319110. And be careful not to buy from Lexus Parts Now unless you want to risk be scammed.

In the 2024 ES350 Ultra Luxury Puddle Lights Eppieguy reported that the US Lexus OEM NX/RX/RZ/TX SIDE PUDDLE LAMP PT94478220 works for the ES door courtesy lights. Still more expensive than third party solutions but much less expensive than the Japan sourced LexusBoutique parts.
