Default Reflections on the windshield from the dash

There is a lot of reflection from the dash on the windshield. Is there a way to get rid of it minimise this?

you can wear polarized sunglasses. some people complain about this on the tesla forums too where they chose a white interior and i'm like yep.. light tends to reflect on stuff.

do you use any shiny detailing products on your interior?

as a general rule I don’t wear sunglasses while driving. I didn’t apply any product to the dash so whatever was there ( if any) when I bought the car (used) is still there.

BTW where do you keep your sunglasses in the car? My centre console is full!

Not really much you can do. My windshield is slightly tinted and that helps minimize it a bit, but I don't find the reflection to be distracting either.

Wearing sunglasses certainly does help though. I bought a sunglass holder that goes right on the visor. Still not sure why after all these years, Lexus hasn't designed a compartment for one, but oh well. That was a gripe in my 2013 GS and it still is with Lexus. Easily solved though.

I have the perfect one. Replaces driver’s grab bar above window. Black or brown. Easy install. About $40. Check Amazon as I recall. If not there, Google it. Wonderful!
