I realize everyone has a different opinion, but OP is clearly wishy washy here and I STRONGLY advise him to stick with a CPO, if nothing else, because he's guaranteed backed by Lexus, Model Years 2020-2023 is perfectly fine, don't fall for the "you must buy new". A freaking 2025 Camry will start at 44K OTD. The one he linked with 24.7K miles looks absolutely within what he wants and I highly recommend he test drive it and buy it if he's fine with it.
Furthermore, you can mod 7th gen ES heavily, including self driving tech. You will not be able to do that with new cars (some exceptions will obviously apply).

Based on your preferences, you may want to ask a salesman for a new 2024 with Premium package that give you 12.3" screen ( I think MSRP around $46k - $47K), to see after all discount and stuff, what would be the OTD price, Memorial sale is coming, with the current market situation, I predict you should get $5000 discount, bring car price to $41k-$42K, OTD should be around $44k-$45K. Hey, it's just an option to think about.
