1. 12.3 inch or 8 inch center screen (The 12.3 comes with Lexus navigation but even if you plan on using just Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, the larger screen size still gives you a larger display area with those.)
2. Bi-LED or triple beam headlights
3. Base 10 speaker stereo system or 17 speaker Mark Levinson system
4. 10 way adjustable or 14 way adjustable driver's seat
5. Wheel size - 17, 18, or 19 inch
6. Lexus Memory system (Driver's seat, steering wheel telescope and tilt, and outside mirror position settings for 3 memories) (Base model without premium package doesn't have that.)
7. Do you want a Lexus Certified Pre-Owned with Lexus CPO warranty and complementary Lexus services?
8. Exterior and interior color and interior seating surfaces material (NuLux, leather, semianiline leather). While you've already factored color into you list, any questions/concerns about upkeep or how it really looks in person versus just seller photos.
The reason for asking this is that so we know what to look for in assessing a vehicle if it does or does not have something you prefer or must have as well as assessing the truthfulness of the photos matching the detailed feature listings for your preferences.

I would help if we knew what your feature preferences and feature must haves were. Features such as:
1. 12.3 inch or 8 inch center screen (The 12.3 comes with Lexus navigation but even if you plan on using just Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, the larger screen size still gives you a larger display area with those.)
prefer 12
2. Bi-LED or triple beam headlights
Don’t care
3. Base 10 speaker stereo system or 17 speaker Mark Levinson system
prefer 17 but depends on cost
4. 10 way adjustable or 14 way adjustable driver's seat
10 is ok. 14 nice to have.
5. Wheel size - 17, 18, or 19 inch
doesnt matter
6. Lexus Memory system (Driver's seat, steering wheel telescope and tilt, and outside mirror position settings for 3 memories) (Base model without premium package doesn't have that.)
doesn’t matter
7. Do you want a Lexus Certified Pre-Owned with Lexus CPO warranty and complementary Lexus services?
Prefer but not necessary
8. Exterior and interior color and interior seating surfaces material (NuLux, leather, semianiline leather). While you've already factored color into you list, any questions/concerns about upkeep or how it really looks in person versus just seller photos.
prefer whatever is regarded as “best” for comfort and durability. Have 2 kids in car seats.

Manufacturing date is 11/2018 so it should be equipped with wired Apple CarPlay which gives you the option of adding a third party gadget for wireless CarPlay and Android Auto support.
Other than slightly older with more miles than you desired it has some of the features you preferred and it looks to be in pretty good condition.
I'm not the best judge of used Lexus value so I'll let others speak on whether or not the asking price is in a reasonable range.

Something is way off with that listing. Either they've got the model year and features wrong or the posted photos are of a different Lexus ES 350.
If you look at the photo of the front of the console showing the front drink holder and USB port cover, the USB port cover is a pliable rubber type that's only found on 2019 model year ESs. Yet they are advertising it as a 2020 model year ES. A 2019 model year ES does not have Android Auto yet they're advertising it has that feature.
Also, I don't know if it an artifact of the photo's jpg compression or an issue with the front passenger and the right rear passenger seat coverings. Look at the back of the front passenger seat - it looks like the covering is no longer taunt and starting to get waves/wrinkles in the seat back covering. The right rear passenger seat bottom isn't as bad but something doesn't look quite right in the photo of the rear seat area.
The listing claims 17 inch wheels and tires. However, the close up photo of one of the tires looks like it has the markings for a 235/45/R18 tire. Both 17 inch and 18 inch wheels have that wheel style so the only thing to go by is the tire marking.
They've put a dealership advertising sticker on the trunk lid.
If you look closely at the close up photos of the ES350 badge and ultra sonic parking sensor it looks like there's either dirt or minor pin sized dings and a small scratch or two.
From the photos it looks like it is a 2019 base plus Premium package model with an 8 inch screen no navigation model and just the 10 speaker base stereo system. Compared to the other 2019 model you just posted with more pricey features and less asking price, I'd scratch this one off of the potential buy list.

Look at the close up photo of the front tire and wheel. Looks like there's been a few curb scrubbings of both tire and wheel. The StarFire tires don't look to be in the best shape and it isn't clear how much life may remain on the tread.
In the close up photo of the CD/DVD player area, you can see a bunch of scratches in the soft touch dash material. In the glovebox photo, another bunch of marks in the dash material. I don't know exactly what it is but there's some markings on the rear seat arm rest near the seatbelt fitting.
In several of the interior photos you can see dried remnants of liquid drips. (Driver's seat adjustment controls panel - don't really want to know how those got there. Also, some dried drips just ahead of the remote touchpad.)
The "New Owners • New Management" have got a thing or two to learn about selling used cars. Photos with dirty wheels and dust and small debris through the interior is not a way to make a good first impression and entice potential customers to buy your used vehicles. It's even got a Tire Pressure Monitoring System warning light. You'd have thought they'd at least put some air in the tire(s) before taking the photo.
It looks like a 2021 ES base with Premium package - Lexus Memory system (see settings switch panel on the driver's door) NuLux seating surfaces, 10 way adjustable driver's seat, heated and ventilated front seats. Just has the 10 speaker base stereo system but it does have the 12.3 inch screen with navigation (probably needs a subscription activation and map database update for full/current functionality).
It was manufactured on 09/20 so it is an early production 2021 model manufactured while pandemic related disruptions were still being sorted out. IIRC, some 2021 ES owners have been bothered with annoying noises from various internal panels and fittings.
Not the most promising candidate. Relatively low price, higher mileage, looks to be poorly taken care of appearance wise, a new used car dealer with unknown track record. If you can afford anything else, I'd pass this one.

For 2019 through 2022 model years, the two things to look for in the photos for an 8 inch center screen are:
1. Is there a button labeled "HOME" (instead of "MAP") in the left most position in the row of three buttons above the remote touchpad?
2. Is the starting menu layout multi rowed instead of a single row along the bottom of the center screen?
If the answer to either of those is yes then a 2019 through 2022 model year ES is equipped with an 8 inch screen isn't equipped with Lexus Navigation.
