Default Question on differential fluid exchange on ES-350

I understand that my 2020 ES350 does not have a separate differential and it's integrated into my 8-speed transmission. On YouTube channels like Car Care Nut, he recommends changing the differential fluid the first time at 30K miles but the transmission fluid at 6 years or 50-60K miles. Since these are integrated together, what milage are people changing their transmission fluid at? I'm not interest in people telling me the manufacturers intervals since I already know these and always change sooner. I'm not the typical driver and plan on keeping this car for long term.

I was thinking of doing that. The Transmission service is $300.55. Not exactly cheap. Just wanted to make sure.

Mike since you appreciate low maintenance costs, you will like this Consumer Reports survey.

No differential oil for our cars. Change the transmission oil every 60K and you’re fine.
