That is a bad leak. You’re just unlucky with it because they are pretty well sealed.

Okay, I got the car back last Monday. The top trim is flush, but the lower trim still isn't great. The door gap is gone now and looks perfect! The wind noise has somewhat improved, although when I had the RX350 as a loaner, the wind noise seemed almost identical to me, so no complaints there. I have no idea about the one made in Japan, but mine is definitely made in the USA. By the way, the seats in the RX are definitely more comfortable than those in the ES. The ES is more subtle and plush than the RX. The RX seems to be noisier and has more body roll. Now I'm just really curious about the LS—is it going to be a lot better or not?"
