Yeap! That's the dealer price including shipping, markup & taxes. Unfortunately the auto industry here leave a lot to be desired; and taxes were legislated a long time ago to favor the government and dealers. On 2014 they decided that a $44K vehicle was a Luxury one and should pay $9,253 + 34% after the $44k in taxes and haven't change since then. It's a little more complex but you could get the idea.

On the other side, since sedans move so much slowly here, that price could be negotiated 4-7% down easily. Still large sum $ compared to USA continental.

Edit: Dealer price (taxes included) for 23' Luxury (w/ most features of UL) was $73,995 for ES350 and $74,995 for ES300h. Ultimately got mine with a $5K discount after leaving the dealer 3 times.
