Do you have the Lexus APP? I think the APP will show if registered VIN recall is still pending or already fixed.

A Lexus dealer can tell you. I was in for my six month service two weeks ago and the Service Advisor told me that they could do the recall but if it didn’t work they would have to replace the computer that gets updated. They were two weeks out from getting a replacement for another customer so I chose to wait until my next service to have them update my car.
