Default 2024 ES350 Caviar exterior has new chips

Can I get a small amount of paint with micro brush from the dealer to work on these chips?

It depends. Take a photo of them here.
Can you see them from 1 feet, 2 feet or do you need to be up close to see them?

I would get touch up paint from the dealer as suggested. Then go to a hobby store like Hobby Lobby or Michaels and get yourself some fine tipped brushes. The brush that comes with the paint vial is too big for most touch ups.

For small chips you use a toothpick.

Most auto dealerships use independent contractors for detailing. I have used them for exterior chips and interior dye transfer issues.

Dr Color Chip is a very respected source for matching paint and supplying what you need to touch up chips.

If it's really tiny you can just use black nail polish as well or any paint touch up pen from any auto parts store that's black.

on a piece of paint the size of a pin head, i doubt you'll notice whether or not that micro pin head of paint has metallic flake in it. in fact said flake could be the size of the chip itself. as long as the paint is generally black it should be fine. you will see raised paint/dot anyway unless you're doing it the proper way which is sand & fill and feather/blend then sand & polish.

For the really small/tiny chips, I've had the best success using a
microbrush applicator microbrush applicator
(link just as an example) because it holds just enough paint to fill without bubbling too much. Obviously would come down to technique. Alternatively, you could also use the pointy end of floss picks to dap in paint to fill in the chip but will take a lot longer.
