I looked on my 2019... I don't have one but it could also be a device from an insurance company that monitors your driving... Definitely looks added on.
Some kinda tracking device I'm guessing since it needs a specific side faced up and the picture indicates some sort of signal is being emitted. Don't think it was installed for malicious intent as it's mounted very obviously. Either way it's an added aftermarket accessory and I'd remove it.
Attaching it with zip ties indicates a temporary attachment. Whoever put that into the car intended to snip the tie-downs and remove the device, probably to use it in another car. Maybe some dealers put these into their loaner cars, and remove them when the cars are sold. This might be a handy thing to have around if you can get the software used to track the location of the device.
