Default Dashboard/Apillar trim/speaker cover noise

I was wondering how I can pinpoint this clicking noise coming from Dashboard/A pillar trim/speaker cover noise from driver's side.
I can hear it while driving. Some sort of vibration is causing this I assume?
Is there any common areas to watch out for for these trim noises? It sounds like it is more likely coming from A pillar trim and/or dashboard where they meet.
It could also be the speaker mesh cover underneath the windshield but not sure.
