So last week, I was playing with my radio. Tried changing the balance and such. Also, was listening to apple car play and playing with the volume, etc. When I got in car and tried radio, the volume just kept raising till the highest amount. I would put it down and on its own it went loudest. I thought the radio was totally broken and was going to drive it to lexus. Then I turned the car off and on again and the problem was totally gone. Its been a week now. Maybe sometimes turning it off and on helps? Sounds like you have multiple issues, though.
