Default Crown v ES350 UL

Test drove a new Crown. No opening sun roof ended that research. It did drive nice and quiet but was a less than 6 mile test drive on smooth roads. And it was brand new. My thinking is most any new car will drive nice just because it’s new.
Moving on to the Lexus was day and night. Tactile, feeling, appearance, overall just much nicer and it now resides in our garage.
Another clincher, single solid color interior is our preference. Too many colors in the interior drive us nuts. But it’s not for me to say what anyone else should like.

It's interesting that you chalked this up as Advantage ES. Of al the interior color schemes available for the car, only one is a monotone.

Monochrome interior has been a “requirement “ since I started buying cars back in the dark ages. Too many colors is jarring to me. I’ve had a variety Of interiors but they have all been one color, whether black, light blue, saddle, dash, seats, doors, one color. Just my preference. That bamboo etc interior looks nice, just not something I want to climb into everyday.
