Hi everyone, I'm having a very annoying rattle noise from the B pillar. Tried everything but unfortunately unable to fix.

 

is there a question here?

if so, describe the exact nature and location of the rattle.

 

B pillar, behind passenger side seat belt mechanism. Metal to metal rattle.

 

the "seat belt mechanism" covers the span of the whole b pillar. Is the noise coming from lower on the pillar or higher near your head?

If you search my early posts from 2021 i discovered a fix for the b pillar upper rattle coming from the upper seat belt height adjustment slider.

looks like you did everything you can then as you removed everything. just have to live with it.
