Yes. I found the part # & figured out what it was - now I need to figure how it attaches.

I now see the clips on the small hinge part are snapped off resulting in it’s separation.

Had a similar problem with my 2011 ES350. In the end, I tossed the broken parts and forgot about them, and never looked back!
