Few questions about my '23 350
Hi all thanks for reading my post. I have a '23 ES 350 I've had for almost 2 years now. I really love it, its the best car I have ever owned. It is super comfortable, has plenty of speed and power (V6 model), and smooth as can be. However, there are a few minor things I wish were different about it. For one, I wish there was some sort of trackpad/touchpad closer to the driver to control the main screen. Fiddling around with it makes my arm tired very fast! Second, I wish the drive mode **** was closer to somewhere near the shifter like in other cars. It's a little too far out of reach for my liking. Thirdly, I was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to change the radio/media/HVAC button brightness independently of the instrument gauge cluster brightness. It seems like the only button to do that either increases or decreases the brightness of all the lights. Lastly, is it possible to prevent the name of the song being shown on the main screen when you are listening to music on a flash drive? Thanks!

Mode **** is not used too often so no problem but dealing with the touch screen that is that far from the driver is not a pleasant experience. That's why I like my touch pad.
Not possible to independently change the radio/media/HVAC button brightness.

We enjoy a 2020 ESh which has the center console touchpad controller. Really like it and
didn't quite understand the written road test comments regarding how awkward they thought
it was. Having had the previous generation ESH (2014 and 2018) with the joystick style of
controller I can only surmise that the nature of a test drive session was not long enough to
master the action(s), The pad is nice in being able to just rest my hand nearby and flick, tap
and sweep for what is needed.
