Traffic noise from drivers door
First post. Purchased a certified 2024 es300h with about 11,000 miles about two weeks ago and am loving it. One thing I've noticed. When driving at speeds over about 30 it seems I can hear traffic noise coming in the other direction at the drivers door more than expected. Coming from a Honda CRV, I didn't expect that. I checked to see that the seals around the door and frame are in place and they are. Also checked that the door is closing properly.
I plan to take it back to the dealer, but wondering if anyone has experienced something like this and might suggest what it may be. Thanks

I’ve heard of it, and it might be caused by the door seal not being properly fitted. It’s at least worth a check. It shouldn’t happen, but the deals can look okay but still not be situated just right, allowing noise or wind intrusion. Since it’s a new car I’d tell the dealer to check it out.

Basically I see this as a necessary trade-off. Report back if you can!
