I just got a new 2023 ES 300H, Moonlight Mica Blue. I know the dark color will probably be terrible for showing dirt but it looks gorgeous! We love the smooth quiet ride and superb gas mileage.
It came with rubber floor mats which we would have bought anyway for the wet Portland winters, but these have a pretty nice fit.
My biggest disappointment is the (premium) multimedia system. It defaults to the moving map which is distracting and unnecessary on a daily basis; I'd rather have a simple screen with a little data like temperature. Android Auto doesn't work wirelessly. I used to be able to do voice searches for music on my flash drive in my 2010 ford, and that's gone (basically a downgrade the old Ford).
The ES inventories are really tight in Portland. They nearly always sell before they get off the train, though one did remain on the lot for a couple of weeks so I got to test drive it. I've only seen (on the webpage) one Luxury model being shipped here in the past few months, and no Luxury Ultras at all. The basic model with premium package is nice but it's the first car without a leather interior we've owned in this century.

I’m in Canada and was interested in one on the lot, only ES for sale, and someone else put a deposit on it so the salesman said I could special order one in the trim, color, options I wanted. We placed the order, easy as pie, and now waiting.

Hey everyone,
Lifelong Acura loyalist here, fell out of love with their recent offerings, and just switched over to Team Lexus. CPO 2019 ES350, Atomic Silver, with Chateau interior. A couple hitches - the well known rear speaker issue, which after some work, was "resolved" by the installation of the updated rear amp, and a persistent high-pitch wind noise at highway speed that still needs to be resolved.
Other than that, I'm very happy with it - the ride, smooth power and soothing interior aesthetics. Looking forward to learning more on here!

2023 es300h
Greetings all!
Former LS 460 and 4runner owner, I had been eyeing the 7th gen ES since it debuted. With the introduction of the touch screen in '22 and the omission of the touchpad for the '23 model year (along with added wireless carplay), I decided to get serious about finding one. Debated heavily between the 350 and the 300H and appreciate them both, but I ultimately landed on the 300H since my driving is 90% city and gas prices in Chicago are among the highest in the nation. I figure I might as well save some extra $ and, since these are a bit scarce, secure a potentially stronger resale value. After quite a bit of searching my region and not finding anything close to my preferences (unless marked up), I got lucky and was able to snag a 2023 in caviar with a black interior. I was only able to grab it because a previous buyer had canceled their reservation at the last minute. This one is just about how I would have ordered it: black (caviar) on black, 18" split, 10 spoke alloy wheels, premium package, wood trim, 12.3" display, all weather floor liners/trunk tray, and a few other goodies. Very happy with this vehicle: cushy ride quality, amazing efficiency, decent power, very good sound system, excellent seat comfort, ample space, sleek looks, and overall impressive build quality! Happy holidays to all of you out there!!

Just upgraded my wife from a 2020 Honda Accord EX-L to a Lexus ES350 Ultra Luxury. I have a Ram 1500 Limited with panoramic view cameras and HUD, and after my wife drove it for a few days while her car was in the shop, she told me she wished her car had those. The ES350 we bought has all of the UL goodies (including the cameras and HUD), plus the triple beam headlights, Mark Levinson stereo, and the Panorama glass roof. She is in heaven right now, and therefore so am I. The ES we bought was sold as used, but only had 200 miles on it. Apparently someone bought it and then returned it 2 days later when they couldn't get approved for financing. They knocked $2000 off the price and because it was used we avoided the dealer markup. They gave me heck of a deal in my opinion.
Looking forward to learning about our car and interacting with other forum members.

I hope they didn’t try to take $2,000 off the trade in to make up for taking 2K off the price of the car. When I traded my 2020 1.5 Sport in, they first offered me $400 more than what I paid (I paid $26,500 for it) and my car had 15K miles on it. But after negotiating, they ended up giving me $2,900 more than what I paid, $29,400… but then, this was at the beginning of May of this year. I don’t know if used car prices have gone down.
